shoulder surgery pain

HI I had shoulder surgery torn rotator cuff torn tendon bone splinters all fixed so my doctor said I advised his nurse after the surgery that the pain was worse than before I had the surgery and that he only gave me a week or so worth of pain killers so my appointment to see him was not for 14 to 15 days after the surgery I asked to get a refill and his nurse said no to go to the E.R. or come in and see the doctor .The problem is he is 100 miles away from where I live and what could the E.R. do for me so we called back within a hour and said we would like to make a appointment to see my doctor that day and another person answered and said you can not see him today he already left and then his nurse got on the phone and said she would send a refill for 40 pills of Norco so that was fine.when I went to see him he told me I was trying to get a free ride and I advised him my fingers and arm are getting more numb and my pain in my shoulder is worse he told me I was wearing my shoulder support wrong and I was leaninig innot to wear it any more at all nore he or any one else ever told me how to wear the shoulder support I just woke up from surgery and it was on me no directions or anything.
