Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Whose software?

My employer has failed to pay me for my last 2 months at his company. I have software I wrote during those 2 months. Since I didn't get paid, does the software belong to me until I get paid?

Since you were hired as an employee to write software, what you wrote is the company's. You have a separate claim for the unpaid back wages. Contact the State Labor Board.
