Generally no. However, if he is a part owner of the company, you may be able to contractually exclude him from your policy as an owner, the same as yourself. My suggestion is that you contact your WC insurance carrier and ask for a policy exclusion for your son. The carrier may or may not grant your request, or may have another suggestion.
