Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Son 19yr old hurt arm at Work

Son hurt his arm around Oct 07, now in worker comp, also had concussion at work comp doctor office when he recieved a shot for his arm. Surgery scheduled July 30, 08. We would like an attorney that would get paid when their is a settlement. We would like to go over in more detail.. Thanks
