Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

In the state of California, if I was released on a work restriction, and the hours would not be enough for me to live on (not full time as before my injury) would workmans comp insurance make up the difference in the amount I would receive and for how long?

You probably are treating with an insurance company who will not take you off work and if he does not take you off work even partially (return to modified work on part-time basis) then you are out of luck.
