Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

State disability

I was injury at work. Changed doctors after 30 day's,my claim was denied shortly afterward.The company doctor or the last doctor,I saw will not fill out my state disablity forms. What can I do?

If your claim has been denied, you are allowed to seek treatment outside the medical provider network. I suggest that you search for a local physician, chiropractor is probably best, and ask to be treated on a lien basis. Or you can contact a comp attorney and ask for a referral.
