Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

What is the statue of limitations on a work related injury in the state of California. The injured in currently recieving therapy for brain and other physical related injuries.

Generally, you must notify your employer of the injury within 30 days of incurring the same. There some exceptions. You must also file an Application for Adjudication with the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board within 1 year of the injury. I strongly encourage you to speak to a workers' compensation attorney as soon as possible to ensure that the injured worker does not lose any rights or benefits.
