Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Statue of limitations,rights violations

How can I receive a proper, ethical, and legal claim for Workers' Comp as long as a known fraudulent claim was allowed to start and stand by the State of California and also the evidence that proves this continues to be allowed to be kept withheld/suppressed from becoming evidence??

I do not understand your question. The statute of limitations on a worker's compensation claim is 5 years. The worker's compensation system is very adversial. The insurance companies will get away with anything they can. They will pay you the minimum on your claim unless you obtain representation to protect your interests. The worker's compensation insurance companies have attorneys, why don't you? Attorney fees are limited by law to 9% to 12% of the final settlement or award. Call me directly at (619) 222-3504.
