Statute of Limitations for Serious and Willful Claim
I understand there is statute of limitations for filing a serious and willful claim for a w/c injury. The date of injury is June 6, 2001. Is the statute of limitations expired on June 5, 2002 or June 6, 2002? I'm not sure. Please advise.
