Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

what are the stipulations regarding how much a insurance company must compensate for medical care during an open case claim. I read it to be =10,000

but how am i allowed to use that monies?

The WC carrier must pay for all reasonable health services necessary to cure or relieve from the effects of the injury. There is no dollar limit and they decide what bills they feel are reasonable but you can appeal an adverse opinion to the hearing board.
