stress and anxiety attacks
I work for a government hospital administrative office
for 20 years, For the last 3 years I been under a lot of stress, and I have been sick alot and I go to a hmo and all i am getting is pleaty of medication but no help in the way of Strss. Its has controled my life, I need to know what can I do, I am getting worst everyday, and I need advice. Where and who can i go to. HELP

If it is determined by your doctor that 90% of your stress is work related, then you have a compensable worker's compensation claim.The worker's compensation system is very adversial. The insuarance companies will get away with anything they can. They will pay you the minimum on your claim unless you obtain representation to protect your interests.
