Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Am I stuck with my lawyer

I am disatisfied with my lawyer for a variety of reasons. My worker's comp case is into it's 6th. year of litigation with this same lawyer. I've tried to ''divorce'' him, however, I can't seem to find a competent replacement in the local area that is interested or willing to take over my case after interviewing with them. My case in not contested by the insurance carrier(S). My work related accident occured in 1993. What can I do? I do not trust my attorney.
