Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
Supervisor Calling You At Doctors Appointment
I was injured on the job. During a visit to the company's physician my supervisor kept calling the doctors office. My supervisor insisted i return to work immediately. The physician had to answer the phone and tell the supervisor to quit calling she will return to work when the appointment is over. Is this illegal?
