Supplementary report time limit
After an MD does a second deposition
is there a specific maximum legal
time limit for him to supply his
supplemental report to the attorney
handling the case?

Re: Supplementary report time limit
There is not another medical report just based on the depositon itself. The deposition is medical evidence that will most likely be considered by the Court should the case go to trial.
There are time limits for submitting medical reports after an examination. Those reports must be submitted within 45 days. I think you are anticipating a medical report based on the deposition, that is not the case. You can ask your attorney for a copy of the deposition transcript and ask him/her to explain the deposition.
