Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Need Surgery to Repair Injury but other Medical Conditions will not ALLOW.

My doctor says I need surgery to allieviate the pain I am experiencing. I have other Medical Conditions that make it dangerous for me to have surgery. The surgery I need to help my work related injury will not CURE me it will only lessen the pain and ''may cause other problems'' (Doctors words) Taking all this into consideration, what will happen if I refuse the surgery?

The decision on surgery is yours to make in the end. You are allowed to request a second opinion from another doctor -- which might help you make up your mind.
