Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
I sustained an injury which has not been resolved and can't find an attorney to help me. It involved workmans compensation and because it was on Tribal land and the workmans compensations uses two systems no attorneys will help.

You have what Workers Comp lawyers (with experience!) know is a CARVE OUT claim, and follows a more informal dispute resolution process.
Try the state bar attorney referral for your county and neighboring counties:

YOU WANT A certified specialist in Workers Compensation (we passed an extra bar exam just on Comp and complete extra educative every year BUT charge exactly what inexperienced rookies charge!): find a specialist in Workers Comp by pasting this web link in your brower:
http://members.calbar.ca.gov/search/ls_search.aspx
HINT! If the attorney with whom you are talking doesn't know what an "Ombudsman" is, you need to find another attorney.
