I was terminated after I asked for medical attention!
I slipped and fell at my former job when the floor was wet.My boss asked me if I was okay,and I said yeah I did not want to let him down after all he did call me in that day because there was no one to cover the shift.Two days later I called my boss that my back was hurting.He sent me to the company docter,and they examined me and I was to return with lite duty.So the day after the docter calls me that he forgot to take a urine test.Itokk the test the next day and it came out positive,and I was terminated.What are my options.

You can sue your employer for negligence for the wet floor. You also have aworker's compenation claim although intoxication of an employee is a defense the employer may use. Call me directly at (619) 222-3504.
