Termination during a open claim?
I have a open workers comp case right now for carpal tunnel. Can i be fired during the time my claim is open for something unrelated to my injury?

Being injured at work does not preclude you from being fired for another reason. However, it is very common that employers find a reason to fire the injured worker.
