Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I'm thinking about changing my WC attorney. I don't trust him! Why would the WC carrier offer to pay for experts on my behalf on the personal injury side? Please help me through this tough time. Thx.

Based upon your short question, the only failure that I can identify is that your wc attorney did not explain why the carrier is, and should pay for experts for your third party claim. Otherwise, I think your attorney is completely on track and doing exactly what I would do under the same circumstances.

The answer to your question is very complex (credit issues) and I would set a meeting with your attorney.

Good luck.
