What the time limit for an automatic reassignment of a ALJ? Notice of hearing postmark states 6/17/2016.

For work comp, no more than 5 days after the service of notice for trial or expedited hearing. See title 8, cal codes of regulation 10453.

You pretty much have to type it, serve it and drive it to the WCAB and stamp it in the same day you get it in the mail because it typically takes 4 days from the date the WCAB mailed it to reach your box. Counselor Lupoff is correct, 8 CCR 10453 gives you only 5 days after the WCAB 'serves' (mails) the notice of hearing to you.
