Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I was told recently it is dangerous for me to go it alone on my workers comp case without an attorney, since mine quit. Can someone tell me why it is so? What dangers do I have to face that I wouldn't with an attorney? Thank you

If you rather to handle your case, keep that in mind that practicing law is like performing surgery and handling your own case is like performing surgery on your self. If you feel confidence about handling you own case, you shouldn't worry. But if you don't know how to proceed with your case, hire a professional.
