Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I have a torn rotator cuff from. I am seeing a doctor. My injury is a accepted injury, and it will be sent to review in a few days. How long do you think it will take to get a authorization for the surgery? give or take a few day of course.

There is a utilization review unit that will review the authorization for the surgery. Most Insurance companies play a lot of games and may not approve a surgery unless a QME or AME doctor recommends. Feel free to call us at 213.388.7070 if you kept having difficulty to get authorization.
