You can do whatever you want to do, but if the WC insurance adjuster feels you are doing activity beyond what you claim to be your physical ability, they will be suspicious and might send you to a Dr to see if you can return to work. If you claim you can not do any physical work, taking a ten hour plan trip to China, etc., will suggest that you probably can do some type of work.
