Treating doctor not fair

I am the guy who write if my case is job related. That problem is already ok they decided its Job related.I am under PT for 6 session now. My doctor give me modified work. But in my workplace is hard to have a light duty.My leadman tell me to do a lot of things its no heavy but a lot of moving and bending.Do you think I can have a lawyer to help me. Thanks
