Yes, you may be P & S from your treating doctor and return to your job and still receive psychiatric care from a consulting doctor. To obtain the highest settlement, feel free to call us at 213.388.7070 for a free consultation about your case.

Re: Treatng Doctor

You can be P&S'd by your ortho doctor, but if you have an accepted psyche, and he/she still has you TD, then you may still be entitled to continue TD so long as you have not exceeded 104 weeks of benefits. If your psyche was denied however, then you would not receive TD.

If you would like a free consultation in order to help maximize your benefits, please do not hesitate to contact my office at 818.385.0520.
