Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
I am a truck driver and hurt my thumb on the job.The doctor put me on light duty restriction. My employer found modified work for me in the office, which is 45 miles away...at $8 per hour. That puts me in financial hardship. Am I entitled to compensation on top of the $8 per hour? Thanks

You are eligible for temporary total disability only while you can not work. TTD is not intended to cover partial wage loss.
