Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

TTD Benifits

Hello,

I had surgery in Aug to my right elbow with pretty good results.

My doctor has released me to unrestricted work to begin on 11-13-06 and a follow up on 12- 11-06. I am not P and S yet . Maybe o the the dec visit.

My problem is my employer refuses to accept me back to work. No offer of employment is bieng made. So I am terminated.

Now my question is: When does TTD payments end? when declared p and s which has not happened. Or the release date to unrestriced work which is not offered.

Please do not tell me I need a lawyer. I have one he does not return calls and answer questions.

My guess would be an injured worker is TD or TTD until found P and S by the doctor.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I will not tell you to find a lawyer. Instead, I will recommend that you find another lawyer who will talk to you instead of having to rely on Lawguru.

Good luck

I strongly recommend you to change your attorney if he does not return phone calls or refuse to answer your questions.
