i turned down the frist offer that was made to be from workers comp how long should it take to get a court date injured 9/21/2007 relased 12/9/ 2009

The time period varies from Board to Board. Call the Board that is handlling your case to find out how long it willl take for a trail hearing to be held [you go to an administrative hearing by the WCAB and not a court].
