Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

If you are unable to review the medical and non-medical documents that Defense will be sending to the QME, and they send them to the doctor anyway, is that report inadmissible, and is that ex parte communication?

No. The solution was to refuse to see the physician unless and until you reviewed the records that would be provided to the physician. An ex parte communication to the QME does not render the report inadmissible.
