Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

undetermind if work related injury
I worked in one company for 13 yrs I always have back and chest injury before I am project crew Floor care.$ yrs ago I request to have an area only basic housekeper.3 yrs now I dont
have worksmen comp complaint.Everytime I feel hurt my back and chest pain I go to my family Doctors.Last Nov 2005 hurt my back going down to my left legs.My doctor told me its muscle so he inject me cortison and he told me if not improve he will send me to PT. Dec 6,2005 when Im at work terible pain on my leg I. I want to see my Doctors next day but time to go home
it was !2:05 AM I sufer cramp on my lower back so they sed me to urgent care . Now i was under my worksmen comp doctor but
he undetermin if job related or not what can I do

It sounds like you may be suffering a possible cumulative trauma injury.

Workers' Compensation is a brutal system and without an attorney, the employer's insurance company usually takes advantage of the injured worker.
