vocational rehab. paycheck
my check is 4 days late from the usual time i receive it, what's the law on check timelyness.

if the carrier has made a reasonable effort to make payment, you have no remedy. If there is a glitch in payment, then the carrier must add 10% to the late payment. At this point I would check to see that enough funds still remain in your VR cap to make payment. Many times VR lasts longer than anticipated and applicants run out of VRMA before completing the program. Call the adjuster immediately.
