Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

My WC lawyer refused to file a ttd doctors report for state disability. And wouldn't give me a copy of the report so I could file for myself. Are they responsible to pay me the wages I lost?

Maybe you need to change your attorney instead of going after your attorney for unpaid temporary disability benefits. You doctor needs to certify you for disability in order for you to receive SDI (State Disability) benefits. Feel free to call us at 213-388-7070 for a free consultation.
