Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

My wife is off sick because of stress, which has elevated her blood pressure to a dangerous level. She has three weeks of sick leave and feels that she cannot return to the stressful envirornment. Her stress was brought on by a new school principal who micro manages. Her doctor recommends that she look into worker's comp. Does she qualify?

your are asking an attorney to address a medical issue. She can certainly file an application for a stress claim. Whether or not she qualifies is to be determined by a physician, so choose wisely.

There's something about schools. I see many stress claims arising out of school districts. With regards to whether or not your wife has a stress claim, that would be a medical determination. Your wife can contact me to discuss this issue in greater detail at 877.505.INJURY.
