Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I won lifetime medical PPF anything to cure or relieve.1998 injury 1988 I have have been denied at every turn. this is a settled case and I still can't get medical care or medicine I have been back on social sec. disablity for some scraps of help now what?

You probably need to speak to an attorney and give him/her a summary of all your attempts to obtain medicion and the response from the insurance company, a copy of the award for medical treatment, the medical report upon which the award was based, any correspondence to and from the insurance company, etc. WC attorney's earn their fee as a percentage of certailn benefits they help recover. Contact the attorney you had before. The insurer is subject to having a penalty imposed for failure to follow the award.
