Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

when i won a wrongful termination suit after being fired feb 09, they said i had to take my job back or I wouldn't get back pay. I already have another job I like. Do i have to go back to work with them?

Who said you had to go back to work at the former employer? The usual Court rulling is limited to economic damages and does not direct you to do anything. I do not understand why you would have to return to work if you won. You need to supply more facts.
