Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Hi- My work comp. case has been going on for 8yrs! My attorney(she) never seems to off of dead center! I've been to the defense's same doctor 3times in 14months with the same results! His reports keep knocking down my % of disability every time I go! My primary doctor made me P&S 3years ago! I'm stuck-at a Dead End with this lawyer-it's either her way! Or -we'll take care of it next time in court! Help!

you really need to asked a question as opposed to making a statement. if you are dissatisfied with your attorney, you can dismiss the attorney and represent yourself, or you can look for another attorney to substitute into the case. the change of attorney will not result in your paying additional fees beyond the 12% generally paid, so I suggest you do one or the other. otherwise quit complaining.
