Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
work comp,
I have been diagnosed with a
Myeloproliferative disorder recently
that can be caused or triggered by
being in the environment of
Industrial solvents or petrochemical
products. I worked with and hauled
such products for several companies
over several years for auto part
companies, Industrial solvent
manufacture/suppliers and toxic wast
companies hauling in and out
refineries, airports and waist facilities.
I have been disabled from one of the
companies since 1995 due to a back
injury and hernia. After the Hernia
surgery the Doctor stated something
about swollen or infected Lymph
notes. At that time I didnt know
what a lymph note was and there
was no further explanation. I went
back later and before the case was
closed I complained several times this
hernia was still giving me a problem.
I was still having pain. The surgeon
said it was my back issue. The
Attorney I had for that case did not
have my best interest in favor.
There is much more. I can e-mail.
