Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Hello I had an injury in Jan-08 in which that case is open.. Well in march I had sustained a terriable back injury so now I have 2 injury open.

I will need surgery for my elbow and now my back I have a sever pinched siatic nerve . My question is this here 2 claims to differant incedents how will I be compensated . will I recieve 2 checks for seprate injurys accuring in 2 dirrent months or one for 2 injurys.

please explain

You have two claims against the same employer because of two dates of injuries. There may be different body parts involved.
