In the state of CA, what is the most an individual can sue for on a Work Comp claim--name removed--NOT what the limits of the policy reflect BUT how much is the MAX amount that one can sue for?

Re: Work Comp

You have the WC system confused with civil suits. In WC there is no maximum limits, but rather tables used to convert verbal descriptions of disability are used to create a percentage of permanent disability. But you do not "sue" for emotional stress, pain and suffering, etc. And in general, you never get back the real value of your employment lost.
