Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
If I am on my way to work from home and I get injured (for example, car collision, etc.) is this covered under workman's comp? If the above is not covered under workman's comp, on what instances could make it covered for workman's comp? Does this change if for example the employee is driving a company vehicle on his/her way to work from home?

The normal commute to and from work is not covered under WC. The exception is when you are doing something for the employer's advantage [carrying job tools, transporting supplies, etc] [using company car because have to travel from work site to work site] [etc[.
