Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I work in the hotel industry as a concierge for over 30 years. 10 years ago I hurt myself in a work related accident. I gave them a doctors note and was allowed a chair at my desk (before I use to stand). Now they took it away because it is not aesthetically pleasing. I gave them a new note saying I need it and they say they will move me to the back if I need one. Only problem is I make all my money by working with guest and I need to be able to see them. So the question is, can they take my chair away even if I have a doctors note?

you should probably seek a labor law attorney or someone familiar with the American's with Disabilities act, because you have a disability that your employer accommodated for some time, now you are being discriminated against. While you can file a discrimination claim in workers compensation, you would be better served to seek an ADA or EEOC claim in civil court.
