Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
I was at work and was hurt Smashed L-5 in my back. The company is paying workers Comp and has given me light duty. But I have now made a mistake at work that I may get fired for. Do they still have to cover the workers comp after I am Fired. I am the 4th Person on record that was hurt the same way I am just the only one that got hurt this bad
