Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I work at 2 different jobs. I got hurt on the first job which caused me to miss work at both jobs. Will Workers' Comp cover me for the time missed at both jobs?

No, you are entitled to 2/3 of your income from the job you got hurt as temporary disability benefits. You are also entitled to a settlement for permanent disabilities. Feel free to call us at 213.388.7070 for a free consultation.

I respectfully disagree with Mr. Moheban. If you work two separate jobs and you are injured at one job, and as a result of your injury, you cannot work your second job, you are entitled to collect temporary disability (2/3 of your salaries) to reflect both salaries. If you would like a free consultation, please feel free to contact me at 1.877.505.INJURY.
