Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

work related injury

My mom was injured at work, a window fell off track and hit her on the right back side off head. She works for a security com. and the security com. is hired by Fed-Ex. The window had been reported broken prior to my moms incident and had fallen on other employees before and they never fixed it. I just need info. on referrences. Thank you....

In this instance a comp claim may not be the only answer. I would have her speak to a Personal Injury attorney if the injury is significant as the potential pay out is better.
