Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
I work for the salvation army as a preschool teacher. Recently my son was killed. My job is saying that if my job performance does not pick up I will be written up. I have been taken off from work on three different occassions for stress related pains in my neck and back. Can I get workermans compensation.
