Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I work for a temp agency doing data entry filed a workers comp claim for what seemed to be early carpol tunnel the job slowed down so I went on to another job not with the agency where I didnt' have to type is that ok?

I do not understand your question. The WC system does not force you to work any particular job. You can claim a WC injury and go to work elsewhere wilthout changing the validity of your claimed injury. You may run into the problem that you are treated as an independent contractor or an employee of the temp. agency; if the former, there is no WC coverage, if the latter you need to file the claim against the temp, agency.
