Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

If I'm off work on workmans comp am I eligible for State Disibility? If so will they pay retro active to the date of disibility?

No, State Disability is for people off work because of non-work related injuries. If you WC claim is being disputed so you are not receiving benefits, you can collect state disability but they will file a lien on your WC case so if you win you have to pay them back all they paid out.
