Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

My supervisor removed me from a larger vehicle, a crown vic to a smaller chevy malibu.Over the next 3-6 mos pain started in my back going down my leg to my foot.I wrote a email to my supervisors and also vocally stated, weeks later my disc herniated causin a nerve to be severed causing drop foot while getting out, I,m 6'4'' IN TALL. IS THIS SERIOUS AND WILLFULL

No. It would have been impossible for anyone to predict that you would have had such problems due to a change in automobiles.
