Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
hello, i had a worker compensation claim, and i did win...the thing is, the other partie didn't want me to pay the whole amount...they just give me a part... so i as wondering, this amount they have to give me, its gonna be in a late daily 10% fee? or some kind of fee? its been already more than 5 months...so im not sure what's going to happen...thank you

Your description of what happened is too vague. What type of benefit were you awarded, why did they not pay more, have you spoken to them or the insurance carrier, etc? if you want, you can e-mail me the award and a note as to what benefits were paid and I can then speak with you for about ten minutes free as to your case.
