Re: worker's comp

You ask the employer's insurance company to either settle by Stip, or Compromise and Release, or the best bet is to allow me review your case so that I can give you the best direction. My telephone number is 1.877.505.INJURY.

Re: worker's comp

You need to file a timely claim and application with a WCAB Board. You don't have to stay with current employer and can receive medical treatment as long as you need.W hen your doctor declares you P & S then you may be able to settle your case. I highly recommend you retain an experienced worker's compensation attorney. Please call us at 213.388.7070 for a free consultation about your case.
